Gelding Marketing LLC ("we") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, business, town, phone number, email and message.
• When you book a call: your name, business, email, phone, what you're interested in, any note, and the time you pick. The booking is saved in our Google Calendar, and we keep these details on file so we can prepare for the call and follow up with you. We email you a confirmation right after you book and a reminder the day before; we don't add you to any mailing list.
• Basic visit information: like most websites, our hosting keeps standard logs (pages visited, browser type and IP address) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

Only to answer you: to reply, give you a quote, set up a call, and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything you didn't ask for.

Who else sees it

FormSubmit, the service that delivers our form messages to our email; our website host; and Google, our email and calendar provider (call bookings go through Google Calendar). Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you and for normal business records. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.

Your choices

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
