For owners, $150 a month on a 12-month agreement or $125 on 24, with hosting, a monthly report and site care. Your first agreement is 12 or 24 months. After that, you can renew for 6, 12 or 24 (6 months is $175 a month). It also covers 5 hours of edits a quarter, including 1 seasonal refresh. Unused hours expire at the end of each quarter, and for anything beyond that, just email us and we'll quote it. If you rent, upkeep is already included.
We keep working on it with you until you're happy. You don't pay the second half until you are. And once it's paid, the website is yours, in writing.

Your first agreement is 12 months at $300 a month (+$15 a page past 5). After that, renew for 6 months ($300 + $15 a page), 12 months ($275 + $12 a page) or 24 months ($250 + $10 a page). You can buy it out later. How renting works
You can renew for 6, 12 or 24 months. If you don't, the site comes down. If you own it, we keep a saved copy until you're ready to come back, and if you'd rather have someone else look after it, just let us know and we'll move it for you, free. A rented site comes down the same way, and stays with us unless you buy it out.
$150 a month, with either plan: Google Business Profile setup and plan, 4 Google posts a month, and ongoing SEO.
If you own it, 50% to start, and the other 50% once you're happy with it, before it goes live. If you rent, you pay monthly. Monthly plans (rent, upkeep and SEO+) are paid by card each month, or by a monthly invoice you pay by bank transfer (ACH).
If you own it, the site is yours once the build is paid. We hand everything over and help you move, with no handover fee. A rented site stays with us unless you buy it out.
