A flat monthly price set by how many pages your site has. Your first agreement is 12 months at $300 a month (+$15 a page past 5). After that, renew for 6 months ($300 + $15 a page), 12 months ($275 + $12 a page) or 24 months ($250 + $10 a page). Hosting, site care, a monthly report and edit hours are all in the price.

You agree to pay the monthly price until your agreement ends, and your price stays the same for the whole agreement.

- Pick your agreement12 months to start, at $300 a month plus $15 for each page past 5, paid monthly. The site stays ours while you rent it.
- Buy it out laterWant to own it? You can buy it out any time, and then it's yours. The buyout is the build price minus a quarter of the rent you've already paid, so the longer you rent, the less it costs, down to a $500 minimum.
When your agreement ends
You choose what's next.
- RenewKeep it going on a new agreement: 6 months at $300 a month ($15 a page past 5), 12 months at $275 ($12 a page) or 24 months at $250 ($10 a page).
- Buy it outPay the buyout and the website becomes yours to keep or move.
- Don't renewThe site comes down. It stays with us and can't be moved to another host unless you buy it out.
- Your domainAlways in your name, whatever you choose. We never touch your email.
